After Work Dirt Trail Race at East Windham Conservation Area

  • East Windham Conservation Area Windham, ME 04062 (map)

After Work Dirt is a small, community-focused trail race series held on weeknights across the Greater Portland area. Designed to be fun, low-key, and accessible, each event highlights local trail systems and the land trusts that steward them.

Join us on July 23 at East Windham Conservation Area for an approximately 5-mile trail race through one of PRLT’s newest and thoughtfully built trail networks. The course offers a mix of smooth singletrack and gentle terrain, making it approachable for newer trail runners while still engaging for more experienced folks.

The race will begin at 6:15 PM, with bib pickup starting at 5:30 PM. The course will be clearly marked, and the evening will wrap up with light post-run refreshments and time to connect. The event is capped at 75 participants to minimize impact and maintain a welcoming, community feel.

This event is part of a not-for-profit series—any proceeds after expenses are donated back to the land trusts who make these spaces possible.
